1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Jadetru (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at the contact details below if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Grading service

Jadetru provides AI-assisted condition grading of trading cards. Grades are an automated opinion based on images and on the grading process described to you at checkout. They are not a guarantee of authenticity, market value, or acceptance by any third-party grading company.

5. Submitting cards

• You ship cards to us at your own cost and risk. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• Ungraded cards submitted by photo or mail-in scan are reviewed. A card rejected at review is refunded to your Jadetru wallet.
• You confirm that you own, or are authorised to submit, every card you send us.

6. Marketplace

Marketplace listings are published by users. Buyers contact the seller directly through Jadetru and settle the sale offline between themselves. Jadetru is not a party to that sale and does not hold or transfer the purchase price. Sellers must describe items accurately; buyers must inspect items on receipt.

7. Fees and payments

Fees are shown before you pay and are listed on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay and Stripe. Where a payment is made in Indian Rupees, the USD equivalent shown is an estimate; your card issuer may convert the currency and may charge foreign-exchange fees.

8. Wallet

Wallet top-ups are platform credit. They can be used for grading, ungraded-card fees and platform fees. Wallet credit is not withdrawable to a bank account or card and is not refundable to a bank account or card at this time.

9. Jade+ membership

Jade+ is offered on a flexible monthly plan (cancel anytime) and a 12-month plan billed monthly. Benefits and cancellation terms are set out on our Pricing and Cancellation & Refund Policy pages.

10. Transfers between users

You may transfer a card in your collection to another user. A transfer fee applies and is shown before you confirm.

11. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Prohibited conduct

You must not submit counterfeit or altered cards, misrepresent items, manipulate listings or grades, abuse the grading pipeline, or circumvent fees or payment controls.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee grading accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or the authenticity of any item.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
